Return Policy

At SoundMate, we value our customers’ satisfaction and strive to offer high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances when you may want to return an item. In such cases, we have a customer-friendly return policy to ensure a smooth process.

Return Period:

You can return your SoundMate product within 30 days from the date of purchase if you’re not entirely satisfied with it.

Return Conditions:

For a product to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Any returned item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Charges:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@soundmate.xyz.
