Data Deletion

You can ask SoundMate to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to ask

Email soundmateusa@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include your name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records. If you contacted us through Facebook or Instagram, include the name on that profile too.

What we delete

Your contact details (name, phone number, email and address), the messages and forms you sent us, and any copy we keep of what our Facebook Page and Instagram account received about you through our own app, such as a comment or a recommendation, with our replies to it.

What we keep

Invoices, payment records and signed agreements for work we did for you, only for as long as tax and other legal rules require. They are not used for anything else.

When

Within 30 days of your email. We reply to confirm when it is done. If we need to check that the request comes from you, we ask by replying to the same email.
