We install conference rooms and commercial audio for Miami businesses. Same person, same standard, on event days.
Monday to Friday. Business events only: no parties, weddings or DJ, and no equipment without a technician.
SoundMate rents event sound, wireless microphones, projectors and screens in Miami-Dade and Broward and sends the technician who sets up and runs them. Packages start at $790 for a full day with the technician included: two speakers, a mixer, a microphone and the person who runs them. If your room already has the equipment, the technician alone is $600 for 8 hours or $350 for a half day. The price is confirmed in writing before the day. We do not rent equipment without the technician.

Prices are "from": the final price depends on the room, the hours and the date, and you get it in writing before the day. Overtime $75/h after 8 hours.

No surprise invoice
The price in writing before the day is the price on the invoice. It changes only if you change the schedule or the scope, and you approve the new price in writing first.
Overtime only after 8 hours, at the rate on this page, agreed with you on the day. Set-up and test time before your first attendee is part of the written price, never an extra.

The room has a system. Do you still need us?
Yes, more often than people think. The system does not hand the mic to the next speaker, start the video, fix the echo on the Zoom call or notice the battery at 10%. On a course day someone has to do that for eight hours. If your venue is a hotel, ask about outside-vendor fees first; in training centers, offices and coworking rooms there are none.

Yes. The Hybrid and Recorded package includes a recording of each session, audio and video, delivered as a file within two business days.
An edited version per session is quoted separately.

A week ahead is comfortable; two days is usually fine if the date is open. One technician, one event per day, so a date is confirmed when it is paid.
Same-week requests: send the date by WhatsApp and we answer within 24 hours, usually faster.
Yes. Miami-Dade and Broward at the prices on this page. Further north is quoted.
Plans change. Cancel and we refund what you paid minus a $100 cancellation fee, back the way you paid, within 5 business days. Inside 48 hours of the event we also keep the gear rental cost when the rental house charges us for it.
Need to move the date instead? Tell us as soon as you know and we look for a free day; no fee if we find one.
Yes. The technician speaks English and Spanish, and this page exists in both.
Overtime is $75 per hour after 8 hours, agreed with you on the day before we continue.
