What we do on the day
Three things, each priced by the unit. Book one or all three for the same day.
Event AV tech by the day
We run your rooms: mics, playback, screens, recording feeds and hybrid calls. Your staff runs the course.
Course recording and edited video
Our tech plus a videographer capture every session. One finished video per session: titles, clean audio, slides where allowed.
Sound for the event, run by us
Speakers, mixer and wireless mics when the room has none. Delivered, set up and run by our technician.
How it works
One message to book. We confirm the call time, run the day and send one invoice.
Before the day
We get the agenda, who speaks and what plays. We check the rooms if needed.
Call time
We arrive before your first attendee, test every mic, screen and feed.
During the sessions
Levels, handoffs between speakers, playback, the recording feed, the hybrid call.
After
One invoice. Edited videos within the agreed days if you booked recording.
Prices
By the unit. New clients pay before the event. Recurring clients are billed by the day.
AV tech by the day
One technician in your rooms, your gear or ours.

We do not rent gear without a technician.

Yes. English and Spanish, whichever your team and your speakers prefer.
Yes. Early calls, weekends and multi-day courses are fine. Same day rate; overtime after 8 hours.
