Cancellation Policy
SoundMate sells service projects, not boxed goods. This page explains cancellations, installed equipment, and warranty handling.
Before Work Starts
You can cancel before equipment is ordered or labor is scheduled. Any refund depends on invoice payments already received and costs already committed.
After Work Starts
Installed labor is not returnable. If scope changes, we document the change and adjust the project invoice before continuing.
Installed Equipment
Installed equipment is handled through manufacturer warranty terms. We pass through eligible manufacturer warranty support when available.
Workmanship Warranty
SoundMate includes a 12-month workmanship warranty on installation work. It covers installation defects, not misuse, power issues, or manufacturer defects.

Contact us before paying or approving a scope change. We will clarify the project, invoice, and next step in writing.
